The P3 Pursuit, offers a 12-Hour Alcohol Education Program (AEP) an instructional program intended to provide rehabilitation for individuals convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) or driving while intoxicated (DWI). DUI Education is not covered by insurance, clients are expected to pay out of pocket for this course. Potential clients are assigned to the AEP for one of the following reasons:

 

• Referral by a District Court judge;

• Referral by an Administrative Law Judge in the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH);

• Client/Patient applied for a new driver’s license after original license was revoked due to an alcohol-related incident.

 

Clients will be assessed to determine their level of need. Clients may be referred to the 26-week substance and alcohol abuse.
